Kısaca

Babylio hesap açmaz ve kendi sunucusu yoktur. Çocuğunuz hakkında girdiğiniz her şey — isim, doğum tarihi, ölçümler, uyku ve beslenme kayıtları, aşılar, fotoğraflar, anılar — yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır. Bu verileri göremiyoruz, toplamıyoruz ve hiçbir yere göndermiyoruz.

Cihazınızda kalan veriler

Girdiğiniz tüm kayıtlar telefonunuzdaki yerel veritabanında ve uygulamanın kendi klasöründe tutulur. Fotoğraflar cihazdan kopyalanır ve yine cihazda kalır. Uygulamayı silerseniz bu verilerin tamamı silinir; bizde bir kopyası olmadığı için geri getirilemez. Düzenli telefon yedeği almanızı öneririz.

Asistan kullandığınızda ne gönderiliyor

Yapay zekâ asistanına bir mesaj yazdığınızda, mesajınız ve o sohbetteki son birkaç mesaj Google'ın Gemini servisine gönderilir ve cevap oradan gelir. Asistanın yaşa uygun cevap verebilmesi için, aktif çocuğun ADI ve YAŞI da bu isteğe eklenir. Asistanı hiç kullanmazsanız bu bilgiler dışarı çıkmaz. Sağlık kayıtlarınız, fotoğraflarınız ve diğer kayıtlarınız asistana gönderilmez.

Google'ın bu verilerle ne yaptığı

Asistan hizmeti şu anda Google'ın ücretsiz katmanı üzerinden çalışmaktadır. Bu katmanda Google, gönderilen istemleri ve üretilen cevapları kendi hizmetlerini geliştirmek için kullanabilir. Bu nedenle asistana çocuğunuzun adı ve yaşı dışında kimlik bilgisi, sağlık kaydı veya özel bilgi yazmamanızı öneririz. Asistanı hiç kullanmazsanız bu durum sizin için geçerli değildir.

Kötüye kullanım koruması

Asistan servisinin yalnızca gerçek uygulamadan çağrıldığını doğrulamak için Google'ın App Check hizmeti kullanılır. Bu hizmet cihazınızdan bir doğrulama belirteci üretir; kimliğinizi veya kişisel verilerinizi içermez.

Satın alma

Premium aboneliği RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir. Satın alma yaptığınızda RevenueCat ve mağazanız (App Store veya Google Play) işlem bilgisini, cihaz türünü ve uygulamaya özel anonim bir kullanıcı kimliğini işler. Kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; ödemeyi tamamen mağazanız yürütür.

İzinler

Fotoğraf ve kamera izni yalnızca siz anı veya profil fotoğrafı eklemek istediğinizde sorulur. Bildirim izni yalnızca hatırlatıcı kurduğunuzda sorulur; bildirimler telefonunuzda planlanır ve internet gerektirmez. Bu izinleri vermezseniz uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.

Analitik ve reklam

Uygulamada analitik, kullanıcı takibi, çökme raporlama veya reklam aracı bulunmuyor. Uygulama içindeki davranışınız ölçülmüyor.

Çocuklar

Uygulama ebeveynler ve bakım verenler için tasarlanmıştır; çocukların kendisi tarafından kullanılması amaçlanmaz. Çocuğa ait verileri uygulamaya giren kişi ebeveyn veya yasal bakım verendir ve bu veriler cihazdan çıkmaz.

Haklarınız

Veriler yalnızca sizde olduğu için bunlar üzerinde tam denetime sahipsiniz: uygulama içinden kayıtları veya çocuk profilini silebilir, uygulamayı kaldırarak tümünü ortadan kaldırabilirsiniz. Bizden veri talep etmenize gerek yoktur, çünkü bizde veriniz bulunmuyor.

In short

Babylio has no accounts and no server of ours. Everything you enter about your child — name, date of birth, measurements, sleep and feeding logs, vaccines, photos, memories — stays on your phone. We cannot see this data, we do not collect it and we do not send it anywhere.

Data that stays on your device

All your entries are kept in a local database and in the app's own folder on your phone. Photos are copied onto the device and stay there. If you delete the app, all of this is deleted with it; because we hold no copy, it cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up your phone regularly.

What is sent when you use the assistant

When you write to the AI assistant, your message and the last few messages of that conversation are sent to Google's Gemini service, which returns the reply. So the assistant can answer appropriately for the age, the active child's NAME and AGE are included in that request. If you never use the assistant, none of this leaves your device. Your health records, photos and other logs are not sent to the assistant.

What Google does with this data

The assistant currently runs on Google's no-cost tier. On that tier, Google may use the prompts sent and the replies produced to improve its own services. For that reason we recommend not typing identifying details, health records or private information into the assistant beyond your child's name and age. If you never use the assistant, none of this applies to you.

Abuse protection

Google App Check is used to verify that requests to the assistant come from the genuine app. It produces an attestation token from your device; it contains no identity or personal data.

Purchases

The Premium subscription is managed through RevenueCat. When you buy, RevenueCat and your store (App Store or Google Play) process the transaction details, device type and an anonymous app-specific user identifier. Your card details never reach us — payment is handled entirely by your store.

Permissions

Photo and camera permission is requested only when you choose to add a memory or profile picture. Notification permission is requested only when you set a reminder; notifications are scheduled on your phone and need no internet. If you decline these, the rest of the app keeps working.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no analytics, user tracking, crash reporting or advertising tools. Your behaviour inside the app is not measured.

Children

The app is designed for parents and carers; it is not intended to be used by children themselves. The person entering a child's data is the parent or legal carer, and that data does not leave the device.

Your rights

Because the data is only ever yours, you have full control over it: you can delete records or a child profile from within the app, or remove everything by uninstalling. There is no need to request your data from us, because we do not hold any.
